EA: I pretend to create an environment, a digital landscape, where is no time, no stress, its something post-apocalyptic, a mixture of digital world and space. I want to create depth, a world where you lost the notion of time.

Do you think that Flash is cool or overused?
I think that Flash is a perfect tool to transmit better feelings. If a lot of people use Flash, is why its more easy, or faster than creating in HTML If you want to show in the net a lot of text, info, etc, I think that is not the better tool.

Do you prefer technologically advanced sites or sites with simple but good design?
Both. When I was a child, I was crazy for all forms, shapes, TV series, films and music that represented "future" I loved technologic advance. But I think that a lot of "technologically advanced sites" as you say, doesn’t have human skills, I explain, they are cold, too much technology, but nothing from the human side. Also, there are an infinite number of sites that follow the same way, the same graphics, without experimentation.

Exp 8 in your main navigation is very interesting. Is there a personal message behind it?
Yes, but not behind it, is in front of. Exp 8 is a critic, is an interpretation of actual world, where the strong can do all that he wants. In this case, for the oil, in the future, for water or other element. I have some "digital critics" uploaded, but I think that somebody can being ofended, someday I will include in mi next version. I think that the net is the best way to transmit to people your skills, your interior. Today, the ones that dare are few, the design is only design. There is confusion in that. The line that divides art from design is diffuse.

Your Fuck Fashion Gallery is also very entertaining what inspired you to create that?
Mi ex-girlfriend. I need to express a difficult idea about fashion and attraction, its only an experiment, I start to make it and I finished in the same day, finished in 3 hours, it was a impulse. She left me 3 months ago, but I have the remember there, and sometimes I look to the gallery and I think about our experience. Its good to flashback.

Design styles you dislike:
I don’t like pixel style, and all design where we can see a copy.

Do you have any cool flash tips you could give our viewers?
Music. Music is the 50% of the final result of your work. I always include mi own tracks, or I get samples and then I modified to put in my work. The sound tells a lot of things, the music is very important. Don’t forget that you can make more you think. Always.

How would you like to be remembered?
I don’t want to be remembered, I want to stay always in the infinite! If I must be remembered as something, I choose "the little maker"

We see so many sites that look similar...sometimes too similar what are your thoughts on that?
EA: People must to be free of trends, of fashion styles, ... I use some typical skills, but I re-interpret them, into my world. People must put more of them on his designs. And be more critics. The (free) design is a perfect tool to communicate, to tell ideas. If you always follow the trends, and don’t make a little bit different, you never development your skills.

Do you have any new projects coming up that you can tell us about?
yes, I have something. I’m working in a critic map of the world, with an experimental navigation system, and some new animations about war, world, and experiences of the day by day (streets, rain, etc) and the next version of my principal site.

If someone gave you a stage to the World and told you to send a message what would that message be?
the world ends. Try to living in peace with people till the end.

Final comments:
Thanks to Pacdesco for this opportunity to say this words. The reality contains the essence to inspire you. Look into yourself. Think while you are listening music.

Live and listen music. Peace.

“A little while after the release of the first tokyoplastic; it was getting 40,000 hits a day, which was very surprising and cool and made us happy and we received a lot of enquiries from potential clients. Prior commitments meant that it took a whole year just to get to the position where we were able to start accepting the offers.”

“Style is a good thing - but if anything I would like to be as diverse as possible - stylistically. To corner oneself into a certain style only means that one is limited. It's the age-old debate over specialization versus generalization. I find that as a designer - if a client were to present a problem to me, I need to be fully capable of solving that problem in any way possible..”

“I've just been drawing like mad since I was two feet tall, and haven't stopped. When I was younger I was really into cartoons (I'm sure most kids were), and I used to sit in front of the TV for hours drawing what I saw. Then I started making my own characters and drew them in scenarios with the characters I saw in TV. Then I discovered comics and it was all over, ALL of my money went towards those for
the next 8 years....”
